Carpet care

Brush and vacuum regularly.
You can remove dog or cat hair with rubber gloves or with old nylon tights rolled around your hand (the static electricity created by friction will attract the hair to the tights), or simply an anti-hair brush. - hairs, then vacuum carefully.
Threads may come loose from the carpet, this is normal and should not be a cause for concern. Carpets containing wool always have excess fibers. This phenomenon is normal and disappears over time.

Remove carpet naturally
White vinegar + dishwashing liquid will be your best allies.
Start by pouring white vinegar onto a clean cloth then rubbing the stain, leaving it to act for 15 minutes. Then pass a mixture of water and dishwashing liquid that you have previously whipped into foam with a whisk or electric mixer. Rub this mixture onto the carpet using a brush, rinse with clean water. Wipe the rug with a clean cloth and let dry.

Cleaning by a professional
We recommend entrusting the washing of the carpet to a professional. This recommendation applies to all carpets. For the dry extraction system, they use powder moistened with water, a little detergent and solvent, and the stains are absorbed by the powder and then removed by vacuuming.
